- Once the product is shipped the dispatched details will be sent to you via email.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you may raise a return request within 30 days of delivery by following the below steps:

- We will send you the return shipping labels on your registered email address
- Ship the item back to us in original condition with all the tags and packaging the product was shipped in
- Once the product is received, we will initiate the refund or exchange within 7 business days
- In case of refund, the amount will be processed to your original mode of payment within 14 days from the date the return is received
- After 30 days, all sales are final.
- Customized and personalized products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. For rings, please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.
